ABOUT

modern work demands more from people than ever before
Leaders are expected to navigate ambiguity, lead through change, make decisions under pressure, communicate effectively and sustain performance in increasingly complex environments.
Yet few people have been taught how.
Raise exists to help leaders and teams develop the mindset, skills and behaviours required to perform, adapt and thrive in modern work.
Through evidence-based performance psychology, coaching and experiential learning, we help people build the capabilities required to navigate challenge, sustain performance and create meaningful impact.

meet Nicole Florio
Nicole Florio is an executive coach, strategist, facilitator and founder of Raise Group.
With more than 20 years' experience leading marketing, partnerships and communications teams, Nicole has worked across some of Australia's most recognised organisations and brands.
Throughout her career, she became fascinated by a recurring question:
Why do some individuals and teams thrive in challenging environments while others struggle?
That curiosity led her to complete a Master's in Coaching Psychology through the University of Sydney and establish Raise Group.
Today, Nicole works with leaders, founders and teams to help them develop the mindset, skills and behaviours required to perform, adapt and thrive.
Known for her engaging facilitation style, practical approach and ability to translate research into real-world application, Nicole creates learning experiences that are evidence-based, actionable and genuinely enjoyable.
Alongside her coaching and facilitation work, Nicole has trained and worked in performance and acting, experiences that have deepened her understanding of communication, confidence and human behaviour. This unique combination of psychology, leadership experience and performance training informs her work in executive presence, influence and helping leaders perform effectively in high-stakes moments.

Why raise exists
After more than two decades working across media, entertainment, events and professional services, one observation continued to emerge.
Many organisational challenges are not strategy challenges. They are human capability challenges.
Organisations invest heavily in strategy, technology, systems and process. Yet successful execution ultimately depends on people.
The ability to lead through uncertainty, communicate effectively, build trust, adapt to change and sustain performance has become fundamental to success.
Raise was created to help bridge that gap.
To equip leaders and teams with the capabilities required to navigate the realities of modern work.

Grounded in performance psychology, behavioural science and contemporary leadership research.

Focused on tools, behaviours and conversations that can be applied immediately in the real world.

Designed to move beyond awareness and create meaningful learning experiences that stick.

Focused on tangible outcomes and lasting behaviour change, not simply delivering workshops.

Recognising that behind every strategy, challenge and organisational objective are people navigating the realities of modern work.
